Warm Pumpkin Latte
A healthier version of our original Pumpkin Latte, this recipe uses nut milk and dates while still delivering classic fall flavor.
- 240 ml (1 cup) cashew milk
- 120 ml (½ cup) double strength coffee, hot
- 5 dates, pitted
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, Vitamix recipe
- 50 g (3½ Tablespoon) pumpkin
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 45 seconds.
This latte is a little thicker than a coffee shop alternative and only contains added sugar from whole food ingredients!
